Returns Policy

Selection Fox will exchange or refund in full any goods that fail to meet the high standards we set, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, uneaten and intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns where goods fail to meet these criteria.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Period

UK returns must be received by Selection Fox within 14 days of original order receipt. Please allow 4 days for postage by ensuring any return is posted within 10 days of receipt.

Returns Procedure

If you wish to make a return, please contact ourselves beforehand on so we can provide information on the best way to return your goods and to help measure timescale for return. If requesting a refund, replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, or no return instructions are specified, any refund due will be credited back to the PayPal account used for the original order. Notification will be supplied once the refund has been made.

Any requested replacements of a higher value or any outstanding amount owed will be taken from the PayPal account used to pay for the original order.

Returned goods must include the following information: Order number, name, address, contact telephone number and email address, return reason and details of refund or replacement required.

Selection Fox stipulates that when returning goods a service requiring a signature on receipt is used as this will ensure cover in the event of it being lost in transit. Any returned goods where Post Office proof of posting has been obtained will be honoured on the provision it clearly shows the Selection Fox address to which the returned goods have been sent, together with the Post Office’s printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting. This proof of posting should be kept until the refund or replacement has been made, which will help in the unlikely event of a lost in transit situation. Should a returned item be lost in transit, we will require a copy of this certificate of posting before issuing a refund/replacement. Should a returned item be lost in transit and the return guidelines have not been followed, we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement. Please allow up to 10 working days for returned goods to reach us.

Return of Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event the goods we have supplied are deemed to be faulty, please return the item to ourselves along with a description explaining what you believe to be of concern within 30 days from purchase. Please state the original order number within this. When the item is received by us, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Please quote the specific order number in any correspondence to assist in identification on return to Selection Fox.

If the goods received are as a gift from someone else they can still be returned – please refer to the return guidelines above. Please be aware that as part of the returns process, the purchaser will automatically be notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this as it involves their PayPal account.

If requesting a replacement of items of a higher value, the difference can be paid using your own PayPal Account. Should you wish to do this, please include clear payment instructions with the returned items, together with contact details in case of any query.

Please note if a refund is requested, this can only be issued to the PayPal account which was used to pay for the goods originally.
